Whether you're seeking clarity on a diagnosis, a second opinion, or expert guidance on managing a rheumatologic condition, this in-depth visit lays a strong foundation for your treatment journey.

This comprehensive evaluation includes:

• A detailed review of your medical history, including past medical records and test results prior to the appointment

• A comprehensive history and complete physical exam

• Development of a tailored action plan after the visit

• Coordination of care with other physicians on your behalf

• 15 day support window

Determine Your Follow-Up Plan

Following your consultation, we will define the most appropriate path forward for your care. Some patients require only occasional follow-up visits, while others benefit from ongoing, coordinated management. If ongoing care is needed, we will discuss whether our membership model is the right fit for you and outline next steps.
